Ghosting & N-Key Rollover Test

Press multiple keys simultaneously to discover your keyboard’s rollover limit and spot ghosting issues.

  1. Press several keys at once to test rollover.
  2. Use Test Common Combos to check for ghosting (watch the warning area).
  3. Ghosted (missing) keys show in red; your maximum simultaneous keys is your NKRO.
  4. Click Export Results to save a CSV.

Note: Browsers may block some OS shortcuts; for best results, use a regular page (not a browser UI/URL bar) and avoid system-reserved combos.

Press keys and they’ll appear here.

What Do These Results Mean?

N-Key Rollover (NKRO) is how many keys your keyboard can register at once. Higher is better for gaming and chord-heavy workflows.

Ghosting is when a valid key press doesn’t register because the keyboard’s matrix can’t resolve that combination. The red banner lists any missing keys during a combo test.

Tip: If your board supports firmware layers, try a different profile; some combos are blocked in certain layers to reserve shortcuts.
